Order Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days from receipt of order. Should we not be able to deliver within the above time scale we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.

Orders should be delivered by Royal Mail within 3-5days after it has been dispatched.

Pricing

Our goal is to offer value for money products. There may be times when prices may vary due to seasonal and economical conditions beyond our control.

VAT

Most of our goods carry no VAT. For those that do the VAT is included in the product price.

Certification

The website provides an SSL certificate which encrypts our customers personal and financial information; although data transmitted over the internet is inherently insecure and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

Returns

We hope you will be satisfied with our products. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns unless the products are damages or defective in some way. Returned goods should be sent back to us in original packaging and replacements will be sent as soon as possible. Refunds are not usually given unless we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
